pTemplate has filed all digital works with worldwide copyright offices. We will not be hesitate to take legal action to seek damages if should you misuse our contents.

Templates License Agreement

Products that downloaded from pTemplate may be used for yourself or for your customer project. You may not put our products modified or unmodified on diskette, cd, web site or others medium and redistribute them, resell them or allow user to download our products from third party web site. You should also not to make our products available as in a way that allows user to access the products.

RESELLING AND REDISTRIBUTING OUR TEMPLATES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. In the events of such practice, pTemplate will consult law agency and will pursue legal action to the highest extent for any losses resulting in such a practice.

In short, you can use our templates for,

You cannot use our templates for the following purposes,

  2. Making them available for people to download.

All our products provided as is without warranty of any kind, either implied or expressed. pTemplate is not responsible for content, quality or any information provided therefore customers understand to assume full responsibility before using any content, information or services provided by pTemplate.

Membership Information

The username and password that given to you are only allows for personal use only. You may not share your username and password or distribute them. Anyone who found to share or distributing their username and password will have their account terminated or suspended immediately.
Payment and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all products or membership purchased from our web site are non-refundable. Refunds only available if we failed to provide the service to you or you have not downloaded any products from our web site yet after you have registered as a member (Note that all downloads activity are monitored).
